U.S. COIN SPECIALIST USER/DEALER AGREEMENT
By using the website www.uscoinspecialist.com and other services provided by U.S. Coin Specialist, including making purchases from U.S. Coin Specialist, making sales to U.S Coin Specialist and placing orders with U.S. Coin Specialist, you are agreeing to the following terms, including, without limitations the terms available by hyperlink (the “User Agreement”). These terms apply to all orders, all purchases and all sales, whether made through the website, by telephone or otherwise.
Before you may place orders to purchase and/or sell with U.S. Coin Specialist you must read and accept all of the terms in this User Agreement. U.S. Coin Specialist strongly encourages you, as you read this User Agreement to accept our disclaimer and policies. User acknowledges they are 18 years old or older. Customer (user) acknowledges that they are authorized, and competent to sell or purchase on their own behalf. Customers selling coins attest they are the rightful owner of the coins they offer to sell and said coins are free of liens or other incumberment. Customers selling coins guarantee them to be genuine articles as described.
Nevada residents must add 8.25% sales tax to the total of all orders.
U.S. Coin Specialist specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for orders placed via the U.S. Coin Specialist online order system, for any loses or direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages which you may receive as a result of the use of the U.S. Coin Specialist online order entry system. Further, U.S. Coin Specialist specifically disclaims responsibility for the interruption, cancellation or other termination of the U.S. Coin Specialist on line order entry system or website.
All coins are subject to prior sale. As prices are subject to change, call first, for confirmation of availability and price.
Bullion coins are not returnable, but we may buy back at fair market.
All items sold by U.S. Coin Specialist are guaranteed genuine.
All non-bullion coins carry a 15 day return privilege. That is 15 days after you receive the coin(s). However, coins opened or removed from the original holder from seller (U.S. Coin Specialist) are considered sold and the return privilege is void.
